Hybrid Leadership role - Technical Design and Compliance lead for Central London Design team

Are you an experienced architect with a keen interest in becoming the building regulations principal designer (BRPD) for a growing design practice?

You must have experience of running projects through all work stages, including during construction. Your main responsibility will be to oversee technical building regulations compliance for projects and the submissions needed for gaining approvals. Unless not already undertaken, there is a requirement that the successful candidate takes the exam for a place on the RIBA principal designer register.

This is a new role in the practice and thus there is room for growth. You will also be supported by project architects, senior management and potentially external consultants as part of the collective effort of achieving building regulations compliance.

The role offers hybrid working. There is also openness to a part-time arrangement for the right candidate. The most experienced and suited candidate will receive a competitive salary. The role includes a suite of benefits, such as extra holiday for the Christmas period, annual pay review and more.
