Your new company

You'll be supporting the delivery of one of the largest defence programmes in the UK. The Type 26 Global Combat Ship will be a highly versatile multi-mission warships designed to support anti-submarine warfare, air defence and general purpose operations anywhere on the world's oceans.

Your new role

You will provide management and operations with advice on all things related to Contract Performance and Commercial issues. Also, the monitoring of contractors on site and delivering accurate measurements/ audits of delivered quantities.
Ensuring commercial aspects of sub-contract accounts are managed from procurement to interim and final account agreement in accordance with relevant contract terms and associated pricing option and best practice.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying and 5 years of post-graduate experience. There is no requirement for previous work on naval projects. Experience of NEC 4 contracts and MRICS Chartership is desirable but not essential.
