• IT Project Manager - User Access Controls, IVR, Operating Models
• Up to £650pd (Inside IR35)
• Hybrid (1-2 days in London office) - Must be UK based
• 6-month contract

My client is a leading Insurance firm who are urgently looking to hire a Technology Project Manager with working knowledge of IVRs and User Access Control, in addition to, an understanding of Technology Operating Models / Support Models.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Technology Project Management experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Prior experience of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and the ability to manage the delivery of the IVR plan.
• Experience with Tech Operating Models (Technology Operating Processes) / Support Models.
• Experience working with 3rd parties.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to resolve issues and deliver solutions quickly.
• Flexible approach to hybrid working.

Nice to have:

• Previous application migration / decommissioning experience.
• Proven experience of setting up user access controls ensuring people have the right access at the right time.
• Insurance industry experience
• Immediate availability
