Your new company

Hays has exclusively partnered with an exciting Tech company who are growing their finance team. You will be solely responsible for the UK & Europe payrolls and have the opportunity to take ownership in this new role.


Your new role
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be managing:

• Month-end closing processes including journals and reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with group accounting guidelines
• Proposing and implementing new and amended procedures and systems
• Supporting the EMEA operations with payments, expenses and benefits administration

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience processing UK & International Payrolls
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Strong proficiency with Excel
• Experience with payroll compensation related matters
• Have the ability to work independently yet collaboratively with various stakeholders

What you'll get in return
