General Foreman

Your new company
As a General Foreman, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing site operations. Whether overseeing major projects or smaller initiatives, your focus will be on safety, quality, and adherence to budget and schedule requirements. You'll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure seamless execution of construction activities.
Your new role

• Collaborate with the Site Manager to install and maintain framework systems and procedures.
• Implement rigorous methods and controls to optimise resource utilisation within the framework.
• Assess security risks for all property under your supervision and establish appropriate security measures.
• Support the Site Manager in enforcing safety standards mandated by regulations and company policies.
• Ensure work is carried out according to method statements and risk assessments.
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Preferably confined space trained.
• Experience in the water treatment industry (Non-Infrastructure).
• CSCS/CPCS or EUSR SHEA Water certification.
