Your new role
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing payroll from start-to-finish, ensuring accuracy throughout the payroll cycle
• Processing statutory payments and deductions as well as considering and updating information to company-enhanced schemes
• Processing new starters and leavers accordingly
• Payment of any overtime, bonus, pay increases, variations to change in work patterns
• Assisting with setting up BACS payments for salaries, pension payments, and HMRC liabilities

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong initiative to manage all aspects of payroll administration
• High attention to detail for efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing
• A keen team player
• Familiarity with SAP and ADP is advantageous
• Proficiency with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
