A long-established and growing architecture practice in central London seeks Architects with min. 3 years post qualification experience to join their team. With a varied catalogue of work including higher education, healthcare, science labs and commercial buildings, you'll have the space and the support to take on a challenge and grow with the team.
You'll have proven job running experience and have the opportunity to build relationships with clients, such as well-known academia organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects and small teams to develop challenging briefs and detailed design development across all RIBA stages.
- Coordination of consultants, authorities, and contractors.
- Ongoing report writing for key stages of work.
- Utilise technical skills across all aspects of a project.
- Understanding of the design and construction process.
- Production of information in ArchiCAD.
- To strive for design excellence, continuing to develop the company's aesthetic.
Skills and Experience
- Fully qualified ARB/Part III architect with min. 3 years post qualification experience.
- Experience working on high-quality and technically challenging projects.
- Demonstrable experience working through all stages with a rigorous approach to technical stages of schemes.
- Past experience involved with / running small projects is ideal.
- Good working knowledge of ArchiCAD is beneficial, but not essential (training can be provided).
- Communication skills with the team, client, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
