Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data and Information Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the intelligent client on data proposals, change projects, and operational data services, providing assurance and guidance to the Head of Change and Technology.Key responsibilities include:


  • Developing and implementing the data strategy
    In collaboration with the Head of Change and Technology.
  • Developing and implementing data analysis models and algorithms, ensuring alignment to strategy, security, and end user requirements.
  • Building and leading a high-performing data team
    Of skilled data analysts, engineers, and scientists.
  • Aligning data initiatives with business goals, requiring close collaboration with business leaders across departments.
  • Fostering collaboration
    Between the data team and other departments to ensure effective use of data throughout the organisation.
  • Championing a data-driven culture, promoting data literacy, and encouraging data exploration and experimentation.

    • The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in a similar role, confidence in understanding core information systems, and extensive knowledge and expertise in data modelling and management techniques and strategies.
