Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Conceptualize: Generate fresh, inspirational ideas.
- FF&E Mastery: Compile cost estimates and schedules.
- Collaborate & Execute: Work with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
- Cost Management: Keep projects on budget.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records.
- Client Interaction: Present designs and refine them with feedback.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Recognized Interior Design degree.
- 3 - 5 years post-graduation experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of design trends and RIBA stages.
