Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Conceptualize: Generate fresh, inspirational ideas.
• FF&E Mastery: Compile cost estimates and schedules.
• Collaborate & Execute: Work with suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
• Cost Management: Keep projects on budget.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records.
• Client Interaction: Present designs and refine them with feedback.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Recognized Interior Design degree.
• 3 - 5 years post-graduation experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of design trends and RIBA stages.
