An exceptionally crafted and design-led practice is seeking architects to join its growing team in London. This studio is looking to add an experienced, talented, and creative individual to work on residential, hospitality, commercial projects. To join a friendly working environment.
You will have the opportunity to make an impact and leave your creative mark on luxury, high-budget projects. The studio is expanding, and the need for additional talented architects to needed ASAP!
Ideally, you will have a strong portfolio of high-quality, London-based private residential projects, with substantial site experience.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design skills, is highly motivated, and has experience across all architectural design and construction stages. You should be passionate about designing and delivering high-quality, well-detailed projects. The role will encompass all RIBA stages, working with clients from concept through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience post-Part 3.
Requirements:
- Exceptional design skills and an eye for contemporary design, detail, and interiors
- Strong technical knowledge in coordinating and resolving complex design issues
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation skills and client-side experience
- 3D modelling and visualization experience would be beneficial
- MicroStation experience is preferred
