Building Surveyor (Part-time - 3 Days)

Your New Role
I'm working with a charity based in the Warwickshire area who are looking to appoint a Building/Housing Surveyor to the Property Management team on a part-time basis covering 3 days per week.

You will be helping to manage a small housing stock, performing property inspections, planned maintenance, repairs, whilst creating schedules of work.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in Building Surveying with a construction related degree or equivalent experience. If you have a chartership, ie MRICS, AssocRICS or MCIOB this will be highly desirable.
You will have experience performing surveys, diagnosing defects, managing contracts and ongoing building maintenance.

What you'll get in return
A salary of £24,000 based on working 3 days per week
