Role Overview: This is an interim opportunity with the potential to go perm. As the M&E Manager, you will be at the forefront of safety and regulatory adherence. Your responsibilities will span across statutory and non-statutory compliance workstreams. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you'll champion safety, oversee inspections, and drive remedial actions. Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Service, Testing, and Inspection:
- Ensure accurate execution of compliance processes.
- Assess risk and prioritise remedial work.
- Keep processes up-to-date and relevant.
- Maintain meticulous records and certifications.
- Stay informed about industry changes.
- Contribute to specification updates.
- Legal Obligations and Risk Mitigation:
- Develop robust procedures for managing legal obligations.
- Efficiently mitigate identified risks.
- Optimise resource utilisation for resident safety.
- Collaboration and Risk Management:
- Work closely with the Health & Safety Manager and Building Safety Manager.
- Identify health, safety, and compliance risks.
- Implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in compliance management.
- Knowledge of property-related regulations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to balance legal requirements with practical solutions.
