Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for taking a lead role in the commercial team and offering your commercial expertise at all stages of their project lifecycles. From reviewing and assessing tenders and bids to managing multiple fitout contracts up to £2million you will be a fundamental part of the success of this business. Working with the contract managers and operations team contractors will ensure the business is commercially protected at all times whilst maintaining and enhancing our clients' relationship with their key stakeholders such as property teams, PQS firms etc.


What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a degree-qualified quantity surveyor with significant experience in the delivery of profitable contracts for demanding blue-chip clients. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on large retail or corporate frameworks and understand how to turn these contracts into sustainable profitable relationships with your client base. You have a strong attention to detail and are an excellent communicator.
