You will be working for a large public sector organisation based in Aberdeen City Centre.
Your new role

• Housing Response: You will promptly respond to repair requests from tenants, addressing issues related to carpentry, joinery, and general maintenance.
• Property Repairs: As a skilled joiner, you will carry out repairs to doors, windows, flooring, and other fixtures within our housing properties.
• Working with tenants to ensure repairs are completed safely to the highest standard.

What you'll need to succeed

• SVQ 3 or Equivalent: Hold an SVQ Carpentry and Joinery (Construction) at SCQF level 6 (equivalent to SVQ level 3).
• UK Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience: Good experience in carpentry and joinery
