Asbestos Surveyor

Our clients are a leading organisation who have a clear focus on energy efficiency and are committed to improving residential properties across Aberdeenshire and Moray. As part of our exciting energy efficiency upgrade project, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Asbestos Surveyor to join the team. This role is a long-term contract, up to 12 months, offering an immediate start.

Your new role

Your role will involve conducting asbestos surveys in accordance with current legislation and HSE guidance on tenanted properties across Moray and Aberdeenshire. You will analyse survey reports to extract key information for effective asbestos management. This role will allow you to collaborate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient survey processes. You will provide accurate and timely reports on asbestos findings.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this position, you will hold qualifications in asbestos surveying (e.g., BOHS P402, P403, P404). You will have previous experience of working in an asbestos surveying position. You will have familiarity and a strong knowledge of asbestos regulations and best practice. You will have strong IT skills, excellent attention to detail and produce high-quality work. You will be working with a Project Manager and other surveyors as part of this project, so it's key that you are a team player and able to collaborate effectively.

This role offers an immediate start, a long-term temporary contract up to 12 months. This is an ideal opportunity to start working on a project and see through from start to end. You will be paid a competitive rate of pay either PAYE or via a Limited Company, paid mileage for travel across the properties as well.
