Your new role
This role is for a Quantity Surveyor with Project Delivery and post-contract experience to join the commercial department of a leading Building Services organisation. You will be providing commercial assistance to the installation operations teams, and working closely with operations to ensure the financial success and efficiency of projects and contracts, whilst working within agreed contractual terms and conditions and regulations, as well as internal processes. This is how this role plays a crucial part in achieving our financial performance targets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have several years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, delivering projects, and working post-contract. You will have a strong commercial understanding and will be driven to succeed. Those who are currently working towards gaining chartership/accrediation are also encouraged to apply for this position as support can be given to the right applicant.
