Your new role

We have an opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join our client's team in London. The team works on a hybrid working basis.

  • Contract: until December 2024
  • Daily rate: £400 per day via umbrella
  • Hours: 40, Monday to Friday

As a PMO Analyst, you will be directly responsible for successful execution of the operational carve out within time and budget constraints to achieve the strategic aims of the business.

PMO Analyst responsibilities

  • Supporting Programme Lead with day-to-day management of the project.
  • Coordination of overall programme including management of external advisors
  • Responsible for flagging risks relating to the programme and identifying and managing execution and strategic risks.
  • Management of the programme budget, including external advisor spend and separation costs.
  • Accountable for defining and managing the detailed programme plan, and associated programme governance.
  • Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with all stakeholders, both within the business and across external advisors (legal, financial, consulting, tax).

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in "Management Consulting" / "M&A" / "Project Management"/ PMO
  • Able to maintain views on strategic lens as well as day-to-day operational needs.
  • Highly motivated, organised and driven to execute, bias towards action.
  • Stakeholder management and engagement
  • Analytical, capable of assessing business plans and managing budgets.
