Your new company
This partner-facing house builder specifically falls under the Vistry Group branding. Delivering a wide range of mixed-venture developments, this client covers all house types from social housing to private sales on the open market, often all built on the same site.
Your new role
Building 80 new affordable homes varied between two to four bedroom timber frame house types. You will be responsible for assisting with site deliveries, unloading and organising into cabin stores for trades. This will involve manual lifting and moving heavy materials. Following health and safety regulations for site inspection visits, assisting tradesmen where needed, minor welfare duties and site clearance will be carried out as and when the compound area will need a blitz and tidy.

• Location: Wolvey Heath, Warwickshire boarder
• Duration: 4-5 Months remaining on site
• Rates: £13.00-£14.60 per hour dependent on pay type.

What you'll need to succeed
-Valid Green CSCS Card-Previous experience working for a house builder-A minimum of 1-2 previous working references from long-term sites you have worked on-Have a valid right-to-work and are fully compliant to work in the UK.

What you'll get in return
-Weekly pay at good rates-A minimum of 45 hours paid per week with potential over time if desired-Long term work on offer for the suitable candidate-Regular communication with your Hays consultant on any queries or issues.-Ongoing work after current project completion, continuing on to one of their new developments within the Midlands/Warwickshire area.
