Part II / III for boutique hospitality projects at cool West London firm!

Highly sought after design house with projects across the globe is looking for a part II or recent part III architect to join their talented team to work on an amazing hospitality project. On offer is the opportunity to take on projects and eventually run teams driven by contemporary design excellence down to every detail and finish. Fun and friendly studio in amazing converted office space next to some of London's swankiest shops and restaurants! 

Key Responsibilities

• Work under a project lead from stage 1.
• Extensive collaboration of design ideas.
• Produce design and technical information and coordinate packages.
• Contribute to other projects in the office. 

Skills and Experience

• Fully qualified Part II/III with demonstrable experience working on high end / boutique refurbishment projects, ideally within hospitality or private residential. 
• A natural flair for creative and contemporary design excellence, including interiors supported by a beautiful portfolio of built projects.
• Good level of technical understanding, UK building regulations and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks ideal but not essential.
