Senior Architect / Interior Architect - Client side at cool new hospitality / co living studio

Emerging boutique studio founded by ex directors from a well known UK firm is looking for a talented architect to join their small but growing team. With 2 streams to the business, this is an opportunity to sit on both sides of the table designing as well as guiding clients and investors to deliver high-quality timeless residential and hospitality project in London. On offer is bags of autonomy and variety in a role with uncapped progression and possibilities. 

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong and long lasting relationships with clients.
• Guide and advise clients acquisitions.
• Design residential apartment and communal area interiors, selecting suitable products, materials and finishes.
• Produce and coordinate stage 3+4 packages.
• Present interior schemes for client and investor approval including FF+E.
• Supervise works on site.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in architecture / interior architecture with significant experience in the UK residential and hospitality sectors with BTR advantageous. 
• Keen design eye with a quality portfolio and passion for beautiful and sustainable spaces.
• Microstation, Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
