MRICS Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manger - Client Side

Your new company

You will be working for one of the UK's leading hospitality organisations overseeing a growing diverse property portfolio with over 1400 properties on new developments, capital projects and ongoing maintenance. You will be working as a Senior PQS with the view to taking on further managerial responsibilities in the future as you develop with the organisation.


Your new role

• Management of external QS providers and performance
• Tendering
• Procurement
• Budgeting for maintenance and capital works
• Management of external contractors and suppliers
• Cost Management and overseeing financial terms
• Preparing budgets to cover all maintenance and capital works
• Cost Auditing
• Working closely with other senior stakeholders on maintenance and capital expenditure
• Ensuring compliance with H&S

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS
Experience working as a Professional QS or Cost Manager/Cost Consultant
Experience of delivering projects within the hospitality/leisure industries would be a bonus.
