With a beautiful portfolio of one off contemporary housing projects, this practice is looking to add an experienced, talented and creative individual with residential experience to join a friendly studio. They have a lot of exciting and innovative projects on the go and need to expand.

You will have the opportunity to make an impact and put your creative stamp on some exciting projects. Ideally you will have a strong portfolio of high-quality London-based housing projects, specifically on site and have the drive and attitude to join a small but growing studio where everyone gets stuck in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a range of local projects simultaneously across the stages.

  • coordinate packages design and technical packages

  • Liaise with contractors and consultants. 

  • Manage juniors and inspire success in others.

  • Supervise works on site.

  • Contract administration.

  • Contribute to practice growth.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years post part 3 qualification

  • You would have completed at least two high end residential projects and have worked through all RIBA stages 1 to 6 and delivered exceptional projects.

  •  UK experience in the residential sector, ideally small scale or one-off/bespoke.

  • A natural flair for creative and contemporary design excellence, supported by a beautiful portfolio of built projects.

  • Experience in a client-facing and coordination role with excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • High level of technical understanding, UK building regulations and construction techniques.

  • Contract administration and significant site experience.
