Pre plasterer/Labourer - Swadlincote

Your new company
This exceptional house builder is looking for a long-term labourer for their ongoing development in the Swadlincote, DE11 area.

Your new role

• General labouring duties, such as manual lifting and moving materials
• Managing the site storage containers when deliveries come in
• Welfare maintenance and up keep of clearing housing plots where needed
• Walkways management to ensure health and safety measures are kept in check
• Manage keys, locking and closing of plots at the start and end of the day.
• Must be fully competent in all stages of a pre-plaster.

What you'll need to succeed
-A valid CSCS Card
-Right to work in the UK or form of ID if you are a UK citizen
-Be reliable, punctual and hard-working
-Be communicative with the management team at all times
-Have your own transport to get to the site unless you live locally in the area
-Must be immediately available and provide previous working reference from housing development sites


What you'll get in return
-Weekly pay at good rates
-£13.50-£15.00 per hour, dependent on pay type
-42.5 hours paid per week
-Room for progression on site if desired
-Long-term work will be offered to the suitable candidate
