Senior Technical Architect

This private investor backed studio is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to join its growing team in London. You'll be part of a collaborative team, passionate about design and famous for pushing boundaries. 

In this role, you'll have an instrumental position in taking some of London's most high-profile projects from inception through to completion. Overseeing and leading the technical side to from RIBA stage 3 to completion. The stunning residential projects that will set your portfolio apart and significantly advance your career.

Key responsibilities:

• You will be a point of reference for all technical detailing queries for the office across all projects 
• Coordinate and resolve any technical issues and over see technical packages
• Liaise and manage contractors and consultants on and off site.
• Resolving any on site issues if they arise.
• The role will mostly focus on RIBA stages 4 - 6 but experience across all is required.
• Mentor and guide junior staff 

Requirements:

• Exceptional delivery skills
• On site delivery experience
• Outstanding technical knowledge and detailed drawing ability
• 5+ years of project running experience 
• Experience on multi-home and private residential projects is required, both new build and renovation
• Experience on listed buildings required
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Microstation experience is preferred
