This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global design practice based in Hammersmith. Our client is a London-based practice of architects and designers working across the luxury sector in masterplanning, architecture, interiors and products. They service high-end clients and their work is an ever-evolving benchmark for retail, experiential culture and hospitality projects.
They are looking for an experienced New Business Bid Coordinator to join their team of four. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a keen graphical eye and a team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Working directly with Directors and Senior Management, as a team you will ensure a general awareness of new client acquisition and supporting submissions, competitions, bids and tenders in pursuit of securing new projects.
- Supporting project teams and Head of New Business Asia with bid administration works, seeking out opportunities in Europe and the Middle East.
- Compiling PQQ and tender responses, liaising with sub-consultants, proof-reading, ensuring bids are produced to a high standard and in line with brand guidelines.
- Developing and maintaining CRM software (contact, lead input, conversion of leads).
Skills and Experience
- Experience coordinating and packaging bids/tenders for submission
- Experience in the design sector would be advantageous and working/communicating throughout Europe and the Middle East
- Excellent time management skills, ability to allocate tasks and monitor progress.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative internal and external working relationships.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to mange workload and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Ability to extract information required from client communication and turn into bid-winning written responses.
- Graphical eye and strong attention to detail ensuring the accuracy of deliverables to meet bidding requirements.
- IT & Graphics capabilities – InDesign, Photoshop, MS Word.
- Good work ethic, self-motivated and a true team player.
