We are excited to be conducting a search for a Senior Technical Architect / Compliance Lead to join a world-renowned reputable Architecture & Interior Design practice. Their London studio is set in central London and is full of talented Architects, Assistants and Interior Designers. The practice is internationally renowned and work across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on compliance, innovation, and excellence in design and technical delivery.

As a Senior Technical Architect / Compliance Lead, your key role will be to provide technical advice, oversee technical documentation and specifications, and ensure the practice meets regulations under the Building Safety Act. You will co-lead Risk Management Working Groups and facilitate technical workshops to mentor the team on building regulations and legislation. Your on-site expertise and experiences will be paramount to your success.

To be considered for the role, the following must be exemplified:

  • Registered to RIBA, CIAT or appropriate body

  • Experience working across all RIBA stages – especially delivery

  • Experienced with Revit, NBS Chorus and CMap

  • Advanced knowledge of the Building Safety Act and current UK Building Regulations

  • Ability to manage a team efficiently, effectively and encourage collaboration

  • Eligible to work in the UK
