Your New Role:
As a Project Architect, you'll play a crucial role in our design studio. You'll collaborate with project teams, including Directors, Associates, and Architects, to deliver exceptional architectural solutions. Your focus will be on design excellence, technical proficiency, and project viability.
Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- On-site, client-facing experience.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is accurately translated into built form.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and inform design decisions.
- Assist in project coordination, including liaising with contractors and suppliers.
- Contribute to the development of innovative design solutions while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
What you will need to succeed:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as a Job Running Architect, ideally within a reputable architectural practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Project Focus:
This role specifically involves site delivery for large-scale projects in Scotland, with a project portfolio that includes £50 million developments. You'll be at the forefront of turning design concepts into reality, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
