Maintenance Operative

Your new company
A busy NHS facility in Mansfield requires support from their maintenance team on night shifts based on site.

Your new role
As a Maintenance Operative, you will be working the night shift 12 hours between 7pm and 7am.
Operatives working from the office or local site office and relaying fire alarm information to medical and non-medical staff and undertaking manual tasks with the shift team around the hospital, some heavy lifting and labouring tasks are also required.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to work shifts on a pattern of 4 days on, 3 days off and opposite the following week on an initial 3 months basis.
You will have good communication skills, the ability to work in a team and be responsible for relaying vital information to staff across the hospital.
You will have experience of labouring too, as there will be tasks such as lifting and moving goods around the site.

DBS required - recent DBS's will also be considered


What you'll get in return
