Labourer - Coventry

Our top of the range bespoke house builder is actively looking for an experienced and qualified site labourer to join their team on a 50 plot housing development in theCoventry, CV8 area.

Your job duties will involve manual lifting and moving heavy materials from deliveries, keeping the site storage containers organised and tidy for health and safety inspections. Minor welfare duties and upkeep will be required, along with clearing and sweeping housing plots ready for trades to come to and carry out work. Maintaining pedestrian walkways on site and following health and safety procedures.


Must have:
-Valid CSCS Card
-Have access to transport
-Valid Right to Work in the UK or ID (British Citizens)
-Previous experience working on a housing development project
-Minimum of 1-2 up to date or recent working reference from Site Managers
