Job Details

Your new company
This well respected UK design practice has an office in Manchester city centre. They are engaged in the design and delivery of quality healthcare projects and are keen to capitalise on recent project wins by expanding their team.
Your new role
You will be taking a lead in the bid and acquisition of healthcare projects for the office, and will then oversee the design and delivery of projects - through all stages. The plan is to grow the team in Manchester, and so you will be involved in the recruitment, training and development of both design and technical staff as appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
To take on this role you will need to be an experienced Architect with a proven track record in the healthcare sector (acute, primary care, or mental health), and be able to identify and win work for the firm. Good Revit skills would be highly beneficial, and you should have great people skills and be able to lead a team.
What you'll get in return
This is a unique opportunity to join a firm as they grow, where your contribution will be noticed and autonomy offered. The firm offers hybrid working and flexibility.
