Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Temporary Site Engineer
to join our team for a water project covering the Kidderminster-Bridgnorth area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in water projects, and will be able to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    Oversee and manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring the project progresses on schedule and within budget.
  • Technical Support:
    Provide technical advice and support to construction crews and subcontractors.
  • Setting Out:
    Accurately mark out the site, ensuring the correct positioning of structures and utilities.
  • Quality Control:
    Ensure all work is carried out to the required standards and specifications.
  • Health and Safety:
    Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and any issues that arise.
  • Coordination:
    Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Previous experience working on water treatment or infrastructure projects is essential.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • Communication:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Ensuring precision in all aspects of the project.
