Senior Architect for busy AJ100 practice with broad projects

Well-established AJ100 studio with a broad portfolio is looking for a senior architect to lead teams on a range of projects from key interesting retrofits in historic contexts to new build housing developments. You would join a friendly, busy team in a converted south London office space close to green spaces and good transport links, who offer hybrid working, enhanced maternity, socials and more! 

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day management of teams on design and delivery of UK projects.
• Liaise confidently with client, consultants, project managers and contractors.
• Oversee and manage production of information in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Supervise works on site.

Skills and Experience

• Fully qualified ARB/Part III architect with significant experience leading projects
• Experience and / or interest in working with historic buildings as well as new build is highly desirable.
• Keen design eye with good understanding of UK codes and standards.
• Excellent technical understanding with strong experience at RIBA stages 4+5. 
• Demonstrable client-facing, team management and consultant coordination skills.
• Competent with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit and Adobe Suite.
• Dedicated to thriving in a fast-paced environment with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize decisions within your team.
• Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
