Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market, its cultural nuances, design context, and regional planning processes.
- Leadership: Strong management skills with the ability to delegate, organize, and lead complex projects and large teams.
- Process Management: Proficient in industry workflows and software, ensuring efficient and knowledgeable team and process management.
- Collaboration: Ability to travel abroad and coordinate work with remotely based teams.
- Consultant Coordination: Skilled in managing consultant teams, tracking scope changes, sub-consultant deliverables, and project risks, and reporting timely to the Director in charge.
- Project Management: Interest and ability in managing projects using the BM’s Business Management system.
- Creativity: Ability to hand-sketch masterplans and urban design solutions, and approach projects with innovative thinking.
- Industry Innovation: Enthusiasm for pushing new ideas and inspiring colleagues with industry advancements.
- Calm Under Pressure: Maintain composure and efficiency, especially under project deadlines.
- Positive Attitude: A proactive and can-do approach, driven by a desire to succeed.
