Associate Architect

Your new company
This national design firm has 5 offices in the UK including a studio in Manchester city centre, overlooking Spinningfields. They are a well established and well run firm with a long term plan to expand the offering in Manchester as they have done elsewhere in the UK. The work they do is high quality and their clients are mainly in the housing/residential sector.
Your new role
You will be taking a lead in the running of multiple residential schemes - mainly schemes for Housing Associations and Registered Providers. The role will include mentoring other Architects and Technologists, dealing with all project administration and cost management, and ensuring drawing and specification work is produced to timeframes. You will also be involved with raising the profile of the Manchester studio.
What you'll need to succeed
This firm are looking for an ambitious Senior Architect with a proven background in residential schemes, someone who has worked on Housing Association projects and those for RPs in the region, and will understand the necessary frameworks. You will ideally be a Revit user. The role requires someone with good client management and influencing ability - some masterplanning expertise would be highly beneficial.
