What we expect

• You'll need to be an architect with a fierce desire to produce award-winning designs, with at least a couple of years' experience in the UK, ideally on residential projects. We're talking about fresh ideas, fresh perspectives and a drive to innovate. You'll need to be switched on, have excellent communication skills, presentation skills and technical ability to deliver projects. Even better is if you're adept at persuasion, communicating complex architectural designs into Lehman's and get clients and contractors on-side.
