Midweight or Senior Interior Designer or Interior Architect -Hospitality + Workplace - AutoCAD

This boutique specialist Architecture and Interior Design Studio with projects in high-end hotels, serviced apartments, resorts and Cat-A Workplace schemes are about to embark on some new and exciting bespoke projects requiring support from an experienced all-round Midweight Interior Designer, Senior Interior Designer or Interior Architect, initially on a contract or fixed term contract basis.

Fully embracing the hybrid working lifestyle of 3 days from home and 2 days in the office, this studio is working with several prestigious and well-known brands; they employ less than 10 Designers who are mostly 360 Consultants (full project lifecycle), focused and responsible for working from client presentation stages right through to completion with the support from an Associate where needed.

Naturally, it is expected that Midweight Interior Designers, Senior Interior Designers and Interior Architects applying will already have proven experience in handling all aspects of a sizeable project (Client engagement, Presentations, Concepts, Technical Drawings and Delivery) and be willing to slot in and hit the ground running on some amazing projects at whatever stage is required.

White Space is urgently seeking experienced Midweight Interior Designers, Senior Interior Designers and Interior Architects with creative flair, great people skills and proven experience of working on Hospitality AND Office Workplace schemes using AutoCAD and Adobe products (Sketchup, InDesign, Photoshop etc.). Additional skills in Revit would be a bonus due to other projects in the pipeline, but this is not essential.

This client offers 3 days remote working and 2 days in their SE1 office, 37.5-hour weeks Monday to Friday, and all modes of contracting such as Sole Trader, LTD or PAYE.
