Job Details

Are you an Architect with a passion for delivering exceptional projects from concept to completion? I am seeking someone with Performing Arts and/or Commercial Office projects.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect.
  • You are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
  • You are experienced across all RIBA stages, particularly in delivery stages. 
  • Experience working on Performing Arts and/or Commercial Office projects.
  • Experience with corporate interior design, with documentation of interior detailing. 
  • Strong visual communication skills, and the ability to develop 3D designs.
  • Experience with planning applications is desired. 
  • A team player and ability to work independently too.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to projects across a variety of sectors, such as Commercial, high-end residential, mixed-use, cultural, master planning, and educational developments.
  • Work across a variety of scales, from new builds to restorations, ensuring quality at every stage.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and functional designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
  • Full-time in office role, 5 days per week
