Design Architect

FRAME are working with an award winning, top AJ100 London based Architecture studio who are looking to hire both ARB/ Project Architects. The studio have a number of busy projects in both the UK and overseas, they are looking for someone with exceptional design skills ideally having worked on large scale, concept focused projects ranging from Hospitality, Mixed use, Healthcare and Commercial. This will be a hands on role creating beautiful design work using both Revit and Sketchup.
  
The studio are very keen on Masterplanning / Urban Design skills also, ideally with larger Architecture firms. They have a strong pipeline of work needing experienced Architects to join the studio on a permanent basis.  
  
Requirements:

• Large scale international project experience – ideally Hospitality/ Mixed use/ Commercial or Healthcare
• RIBA stage 0-4 focus, excellent concept/ design skills, Masterplanning beneficial, also keen on feasibility stages
• Revit and Sketchup proficiency
• UK studio/ building regulation and construction knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisation background

Studio:
The overall company are a large scale, top AJ100 Architecture & Interior Design studio with multiple offices, currently hiring in their London studio. They are office based but do have hybrid working on offer post probation, including 3 days in and 2 from home. They have a very passionate and creative team and are looking to hire equally creative individuals to join the studio.
