A well-established architectural practice based in Victoria is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic 50-person team. Specialising in Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality sectors, the firm is currently working on high-profile projects, including a 260-unit modular residential project in Camphill, and a residential scheme in Wimbledon, currently moving through the planning stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with technical packages for the Camphill residential project.
- Support various stages of project development across residential and commercial sectors.
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-quality designs and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit is essential (a Revit test will be part of the interview process).
- Experience working on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
- Ability to manage tasks both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
