Studio Lead - Birmingham

Established, global practice has an exciting and rare opening for an innovative Studio Lead on large-scale schemes across the West Midlands region and beyond. In this exciting role you will operate as an important member of the practice’s global management team. Being responsible for setting the agenda across new business, architectural creative and delivery processes, while facilitating and championing innovation and research and fiscal prudence.
This globally and nationally renowned practice would like to receive candidates from diverse experience backgrounds. You will need to have assembled a ‘global excellence’ portfolio of elite design projects and their management. Sectors could include Residential, masterplanning, education, retail, commercial or mixed use as examples. The role may require regional and international travel to service and build client relationships.  The remuneration package is outstanding and aligned with the role as a senior practice leader. Key responsibilities
•    Drive innovation and design excellence.
•    Manage several projects and teams concurrently.
•    To work within the senior leadership team across practice.
•    Be responsible for fees/resourcing/practice management duties.
•    Client engagement, business development and marketing strategy.
Skills and experience
•    Fully qualified architect with Part III.
•    Experience running cutting-edge global schemes.
•    Servicing global clients and winning significant work.

Excellent communication skills and proven experience of mentoring and developing your team.
