FRAME have partnered with an award winning AJ100 practice, looking to add an Architectural Technologist/Technician to their team. 

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions across a range of projects, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. This role demands exceptional technical skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for innovation in architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and oversight on projects, ensuring the highest standards of design and construction.
  • Project Delivery: Manage the technical aspects of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Detail Design: Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, clients, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design and technical solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of industry developments and integrate new technologies and methods into practice.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative and practical solutions.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Extensive experience as a Architectural Technologist/Technician.
  • Qualification: Professional architectural qualification and membership of a relevant professional body.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of building systems, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Team Player: A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
