Senior Interior Designer
Are you passionate about creating exquisite spaces in the luxury hospitality sector? We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join a dynamic team, working on high-end projects that define elegance and style. This studio offers excellent flexibility with a hybrid working model.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead (a small team), manage and delegate work while serving as the primary contact for clients and the wider leadership team. Your expertise will guide projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and budgetary requirements.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead (a small team), manage and delegate work while serving as the primary contact for clients and the wider leadership team. Your expertise will guide projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and budgetary requirements.

- Understand and develop design projects and work closely with Directors throughout.
- Prepare and collaborate on drawings, models, images, material boards, and more.
- Liaise with external design teams and associated organisations.
- Maintain project budgetary constraints and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Schedule and conduct technical Design Reviews at key project stages.
- Implement quality assurance procedures throughout all design stages.
- Be able to create original and creative design concepts.
- Develop detailed drawings and models, with experience in bespoke furniture and lighting design.
- Lead design direction and demonstrate technical expertise.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to manage client relationships.
- Coordinate, lead, and delegate tasks to the design team.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office (Revit Desirable).
- Have worked on multiple projects within Hospitality.
