Senior/Project Architect – Private Residential

Join a boutique Chelsea-based studio renowned for high-end residential projects. We’re looking for an experienced Senior/Project Architect to lead projects across all RIBA stages, from concept to completion, in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential projects through RIBA Stages 0-7.
• Prepare surveys, concept layouts, and planning packages.
• Produce detailed tender and construction documentation.
• Conduct contract administration and oversee on-site project delivery.
• Coordinate with councils, consultants, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members in tender package development.
• Provide onsite support, addressing contractor queries and design issues.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years post-Part III experience, particularly in private residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
