Join a growing studio with large presence in the southeast of England is looking to add a Technically gifted Architect to their beautiful Central London studio. With a design focused approach to every project, this studio takes pride in the fact they've won awards for projects in a number of sectors across a range of scales. They've also recently won some high-profile landmark projects which will project them to the next level. Great time to join!
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential projects through RIBA Stages 0-7.
  • Prepare surveys, concept layouts, and planning packages.
  • Produce detailed tender and construction documentation.
  • Conduct contract administration and oversee on-site project delivery.
  • Coordinate with councils, consultants, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members in tender package development.
  • Provide onsite support, addressing contractor queries and design issues.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years post-Part III experience, particularly in large residential projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Ideally experience on HRB resi projects in London.
  • Ideally experience Gateway 2 Applications (Building Control)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
