We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Technical Architect to join our growing technical team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' post-qualified experience in the design and delivery of medium to large scale UK residential-led projects across RIBA Stages 4 and 5. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience navigating BSR Gateway 2 processes will be a distinct advantage.
You will be comfortable translating design intent into clear, coordinated technical drawings, leading the resolution of technical challenges, and ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act and wider regulatory requirements. A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to confidently coordinate consultants and project teams will be essential.
